UPDATE2: 2/11/2025, A couple years into ownership now and have yet to have any problems with the system. I love not having hard water marks on our glass shower. Bumping my rating to 5 stars.
UPDATE: I originally had a bad experience with TN Water Technologies and gave them a 1 star review, but I would like to amend my original rating to 4 stars. After talking with Larry, the owner, he kindly offered to come out and speak to my wife and I at our home. We were able to sort out the misunderstanding. The Hague MaxPack Water System performs great and does everything it claims to (although we still are noticing residue on the shower door, but that is most likely due to pre-existing limescale in the pipes). Larry and his company followed through on their promise to make things right, no matter what. He was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction and he believes in the product he is selling 100%. He is a very nice man, and my opinion of his company has changed to be a positive one. Thanks Larry and TN Water Technologies.
Original Post: I guess I am the guy who will give the other side of the story that the other reviews don't. Note: Those other reviews were left by actual employees of the company being reviewed, including the owner. Biased much? My wife and I bought a system about a month ago and have not been happy with it.
I want to warn everyone that once you agree to purchase this system you are stuck with it, no returns. TN Water Technology originally did not mean exactly what they say on their website when it says, "We pride ourselves in doing the best job possible. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied we’ll make it right. Guaranteed." Apparently, "any reason" does not include realizing that all the wonders that were sold to you during the sales pitch aren't totally true.
